本文结合“全军机动卫勤力量训练基地”训练内容建设、应用实践,对卫勤基地化训练的概念界定、功能目标、设计理念进行分析;按照训练内容要素选择、体系构架和应用安排三大环节,介绍训练内容的构建方法.%Combined with the practice of base training for mobile medical support contingent, the author analyzed the definition, functional objective, and design concept of medical support base training. From the aspects of the element selection, systematic framework, and application arrangement, the construction methods of training content were introduced.
