An integrated cadre healthcare management system has been established after three years' reform in the hospital.Based on the practice,the methods and effects of this service system were analyzed,then expectations of this work in the future were discussed and some essential and new requirements concerned with cadre healthcare were put forward.%本院干部保健工作改革3年以来,经过不断探索实践,建立了一套完整科学的干部保健管理体系.本文结合干部保健工作管理实践,着重阐述了干部保健工作改革后基本做法成效、经验体会,并对干部保健工作前景进行展望,提出干部保健工作重点和新的要求.
