Objective To understand the preserve demands of patients' privacy when consult to a doctor and find the solutions.Method The self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate 250 patients in outpatient service center.The emphasis was on the privacy station scheme.Results At present,the recognitions of patients privacy has been clearer and clearer,and most patients thought that the privacy protection should be concerned during each steps of consulting to a doctor,including waiting,consulting and examination,but the privacy protection station should not interfere with normal station function.Conclusion The preserve privacy measures should be carried out in the whole process of outpatient services,to improve patients' experience of the medical services.%目的 了解门诊患者就医时对保护个人隐私的需求,提出相应的解决对策.方法 自行设计问卷调查表,对250名门诊患者的隐私保护需求进行调查,重点对隐私叫号方案进行了解.结果 国内患者在综合性医院就诊时对个人隐私保护逐渐重视,大部分患者认为在候诊、就诊、检查等各环节有必要进行隐私保护;实施隐私叫号时应不干扰正常叫号功能.结论 应在门诊推行全过程的隐私保护措施,在确保诊疗质量同时持续改善患者就医体验.
