本文在分析某二级医院2009-2011年业务工作量和收人情况的基础上,探讨医院人力成本和医疗成本逐年增加的主要原因,并提出加强医院内涵建设和经济管理、增收节支、提高医院应变能力等应对措施.%The workload and the gross operating income were analyzed of a two-level hospital from 2009 to 2011,then the causes were discussed of the increasing of human resource cost and medical service cost.With these the countermeasures were proposed to promote the hospital economic management,crease income and reduce expenses.
