Objective To establish personal performance evaluation index system of the clinicians.Methods The Hay Guide Chart-Frofile Method was applied to evaluate the job of clinicians.The Delphi method was used to find the KPI of input and output,and then the weights of the indexes were calculated.Results The standards to quantify the data of the indexes were set and the indexes system was established.Conclusion This evaluation system included five dimensions indexes as professional ability,attendance,workload,quality,efficiency and effectiveness.%目的 新医改背景下,构建军队医院临床医师个人绩效考核指标体系具有重要意义.方法 采用海氏系统法开展岗位评价,运用专家咨询法筛选投入-产出KPI指标,按照指标与经济效益关联性设置权重,以确保数量和效率价值.结果模型拟合得到各级指标量化取值方法和数据模型.结论 从岗位专业能力、考勤、工作负荷、质量效率和效益5个维度的指标体系,构建量化数据模型.
