术前平均住院日是反映医院医疗质量的重要指标。本文利用HIS系统，通过数据库查询语句横向联合调取某医院患者住院的首次手术信息，有效查询术前住院天数超长的患者信息，并分析影响术前平均住院日的主客观因素，从而更加高效地为医院管理提供优质的服务，提高医疗质量。%Preoperative average length of stay is an important parameter to indicate the quality of medical treatment of a hospital.In the article, HIS system was used to invoke the data about the first operation of patients so that we could screen out those patients with long preoperative average length of stay from the database .Further-more, we studied the objective and subjective factors that might affect the preoperative average length of stay .Ac-cordingly, we could improve the efficiency of hospital management and the quality of medical treatment .
