Objective To improve the military medicine curriculum structure system of professional education for health cadres. Methods The methods of literature analysis, experts consultation, precedence chart and straight plus method were used. Results Fourteen courses were screened as the military medicine curriculum. Conclusion The study will improve the military medicine curriculum structure system, and promote the professional education quality of health cadres.%目的 完善军队卫生干部任职教育军事医学课程结构体系.方法 综合运用文献分析、专家咨询、专家评分法、优序图权重法、直线加权线性综合法等方法.结果 筛选出14门课程作为任职教育中军事医学课程的主要课目.结论 完善任职教育中军事医学课程结构体系,将为提升军队卫生干部任职教育质量奠定坚实的基础.
