基于KMRW声誉模型的医师声誉机制分析

         

摘要

Objective Bated on kMRW reputation model,the author discussed how to reduce even to e-liminate doctors'moral hazard.then made suggestions to build effective supervisory reputation mechanism and improved doctors'moral quality. Results Income level, initial credit and inspection percentage were the contributing factors for doctors to keep their credits. Conclusion Kstahlish a system to keep free movement of doctors to relieve the bernefit chain between doctors and hospitals. Introduce the salary incentive and restraint mechanisms to incentive compatibility. Kstahlish and improve the practitioner (late hank to reduce uncertainty.%目的 从分析医师道德风险的影响因素入手,结合KMRW声誉模型探讨减弱医师违规动机的方法和策略,为构建有效的声誉监管机制,提高医师的道德素质提出建议.结果 收入水平、初始信誉以及抽查概率等都是医师保持信誉的影响因素.结论 通过建立医师职业自由化流动制度,解除医师与医院的利益链条;引入薪酬激励机制与内外部约束机制,使激励相容;建立完善医师的信誉评价系统,减少不确定性.
