The intension and extension were defined of the sanatorium performance management, then significations and the principles were discussed of the performance management. At last the author proposed that to separate the performance management from traditional human resource management pattern was an important premise to strengthen the performance management in the sanatorium.%本文界定疗养绩效管理的内涵和外延,论述绩效管理在创新疗养模式中的意义,阐明疗养绩效管理必须坚持的基本原则,指出使绩效管理从传统人力资源管理的窠臼中解放出来,是疗养院加强绩效管理的重要前提.
