In this article the a systematic management model was proposed to manage military patients in the military hospital as following: strengthening ideological education, improving medical quality, reinforcing management, optimizing institutional construction, improving service environment, which will be an effective approach to solve the problems on military patients management.%针对军队医院军人伤病员的管理提出了一整套系统性的管理模式,从加强思想教育、提升医护质量、加强管理合力、完善制度建设、改善就医环境等多方面,阐述了医院军人病区对军人伤病员进行集中管理的方法,为解决军队医院军人伤病员的管理难题提供了一条行之有效的途径.
