做好军队医院人才培养教育工作,不仅关系到在校学员的健康成长,更关系到军队医院的长远建设.笔者认为,当前最为重要的是,要积极探索新形势下,军队医院人才院校培养教育阶段工作的新途径、新办法、新手段,努力在切合实际,勇于创新上下功夫.%Talent training quality will affect the development of the present students in the university, also affect the healthy growth of military hospitals. The author held the view that currently, the critical task is to explore active and practical approaches in talent training for military hospitals and laid more emphasis on innovation.
