From the perspective of hospital human resource management, the author studied the characteristics of modern hospital human resource management and the theory about staff loyalty, and tried to construct an index system of loyalty degree evaluation. In this study, a new mode was explored of thinking and evaluation methods , and the fuzzy - comprehensive evaluation method was used, combining with the survey data of examples to carry out quantify and applied research.%本文从医院人力资源管理的角度,通过对现代医院人力资源管理特点及员工忠诚度理论的研究,尝试建立测评医院员工忠诚度的指标体系模型.在文章中,力求探索新的思维模式和评价方法,运用模糊综合评价法结合实例调查数据对指标体系进行量化与应用研究.
