Based on the analysis of existing problems in patient health knowledge and education, the author proposed some controllable nursing management measures on promoting the effect of patient health knowledge and education. The solution included the integrated intervention management of body and mind healthy, the intervention management on promoting patient health knowledge, the intervention on promoting the patient participation, the intervention on the coordination of family, hospital and society.%通过调查患者健康知识与健康教育面临的问题并分析,提出促进患者健康知识与健康教育效果可控化的护士干预管理对策,主要是护士对患者身心健康一体化的干预管理；对提高患者健康知识认知的干预管理；对促进患者参与的干预管理；对协调家庭-医院-社会的干预管理.
