Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation effectiveness of "the Eleventh Five -Year" strategic planning in a secondary - level general hospital in Nantong. Method A hospital survey was carried out to evaluate the changes in hospital operation in the five years. Results The annual visits of the hospital increased by 110. 6% from 2005 to 2010, but the overall capacity of the hospital in medical education and research was relatively low. There were 85.8% increase in total hospital revenues, 125. 8% increase in outpatient service revenue and 28.1% increase in inpatient service revenue. Conclusion The implementation of the strategic plan is more important than its development. The surveyed hospital implemented "the Eleventh Five - Year Plan" strategic plan and made a significant progress. But its financial operation should be paid attention and the integration of medical care, education and research would be the direction of the hospital development.%目的 分析和评价某二级综合性医院“十一五”战略规划实施的效果.方法 通过调查,对五年的运行状况变化进行评价分析.结果 2005-2010年,医院年诊疗人次数增长110.6％,但整体科教能力较薄弱；总收入增长85.8％,门诊收入增长125.8％,住院收入增长28.1％.讨论 规划的实施比规划的制定同等重要,该医院实施“十一五”战略规划取得较好的发展,但仍需关注医院内部的经济运营状况,并向医教研一体化方向发展.
