In order to unify the time, contents, methods and teachers in the standby training for the peace -keeping medical contingent in entire military, a training standard should be set up.After reviewing the present documents that related with the mission, investigating the Memorandum and reference to foreign troops and our practice, the standard was proposed which included the loyalty to the mission, physical training, oral English, the administrative regulation, custom in the mission area, etiquette in social activity, professional training for peace -keeping etc..It was suggested that the duration of the training would be 480 -500 class periods and the teachers be composed of senior observer or UN staff from the mission area, the officers from the medical contingent and the peace - keeping training center in the Department of the Defense.It was also suggest that the order of composing the peace - keeping medical contingent should be given 3.5 month before the departure and that to compile the teaching material, unify the training standard and the place for training will be set in the peace - keeping training center of the Department of the Defense.%为了统一全军维和医疗分队训练指导思想、内容、时间、计划方式、师资等标准,调研以往医疗分队训练中存在的问题,通过研究维和训练政策,二级医院卫勤保障任务及<谅解备忘录>等资料,结合自身维和工作实践,参照外军标准,分析其他批次相关资料.建议训练在职专业知识掌握的前提下,内容应为任务使命、军事体能、英语口语、管理规定、风俗民情、社交礼仪、维和专业训练、任务区常见病防治、心理等;时间为480～540学时;授课老师为任务区资深观察员或参谋军官、医疗队骨干、国防部维和培训中心等.建议维和命令距出发时间提前3.5个月下达,组织人员编写相关教材,统一全军训练标准,骨干培训地点放在国防部维和培训中心.
