The development of emergency aid and command system could improve the emergency treatment ability and efficiency of the military, and enhance survival rate of wounded personnel. The article studied the key technologies of emergency treatment and command information management platform, and provided science and technology support for emergency medical treatment. The military aid and command system for natural disasters and public health emergency was also built to form the mechanism of unified command, rapid reaction and high - efficient operation, thereby ensuring the varieties of medical treatment work could be executed orderly, rapidly and efficiently and improving the abilities of quick response to public health emergency, the utilization rate of resources and decision making. The success rate of medical treatment under emergency condition could be enhanced and thus the military could play a better role of emergency treatment.%提高军队伤员救治效率和成功率,需要有应急医疗救治指挥体系的支持.本文针对应急救治和指挥信息化支撑平台及其关键技术展开研究,为应急医疗救治提供技术保障和科技支撑.在此基础上,构建面向自然灾害和突发公共事件的应急医疗救治指挥平台系统,支持形成统一指挥、反应灵敏、运转高效的应急机制.从而保障医疗卫生救援工作有序、迅速、高效地进行,提高应对突发公共卫生事件的快速反应、资源有效利用和指挥决策能力,提升应急医疗救治效率,更好地发挥军队应急医疗救治的关键作用.
