医疗服务半径在医院战略管理中的应用分析

         

摘要

目的探讨服务半径对医院发展的影响,为医院制定宏观发展战略提供参考依据。方法运用EXCEL表格和χ2检验,对234917例出院病人的区域分布、年龄、性别、病种构成进行比较分析。结果我院市区外病人比例逐年增高,市区外病人占37.45%,以肿瘤、消化道、妊娠、分娩、产褥期相关高危并发症的病人为主;市区内外病人在区域分布(χ2=2463.27, P<0.001)、性别分布(χ2=364.06,P<0.001)、病种构成上存在一定差异。说明医院某些专业和科室具有较强竞争实力。结论根据病人的来源、医院的需求调整医院战略,促进医院健康、协调、持续发展。%Objective To discuss the impact of the service radius on the hospital development and provide a reference for hospital to develop macro-development strategy.Methods A comparative analysis was conducted on 234,917 discharged patients with EXCEL spreadsheet and x2 test in aspects of origin distribution, age, gender, disease type. Result The proportion of patients from rural areas in our hospital increased year by year, accounting for 37.45% of patients, while a major proportion of them were patients with tumor, digestive tract disease, and high risk complications during pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperium. Patients from urban areas and rural areas differ in terms of origin distribution (x2=2463.27, p<0.001), gender distribution (x2=364.06, p<0.001) and composition of disease types. It proved that hospital has competitive strength in some specialties and departments.Conclusion The hospital strategies should be adjusted according to the origin of the patients and the needs of hospital, so as to promote the healthy, coordinated and sustainable development of hospital.
