'家文化'与'契约文化'的碰撞 —中美医院人才管理分析对比

         

摘要

"家文化"是影响中国社会范围最广、影响最深的传统文化之一,我国的政治、经济乃至组织管理无不刻有明显的"家文化"烙印,与西方社会影响深远的"契约文化"形成鲜明对比.潜含"父慈子孝、兄友弟恭"等级制的"家文化"与显示"自由平等、公开透明"的"契约文化"分别对本国医院人才管理产生了什么样的影响,利弊如何,是本文力图阐释的关键问题.%Family culture is the most influential and wide spread culture in China, which has great reflection on China's politics, economy and organization management. It is of a significant comparison with contractual culture in western countries. Family culture implies hierarchy that "the father is affectionate and the son is dutiful while brothers show love and respect" and contractual culture shows " freedom and equality as well as openness and transparency " . What kind of influences does family culture and contractual culture make on hospital human resource management in China and America respectively? How about their advantages and disadvantages ? These are the key problems this article intends to address.
