随着经济的发展、城市化的进程,带来城市空间结构的调整,郊区发展为新的城市中心区.在土地价值和产业升级的双重影响下,工厂异地重建,留下废弃、闲置的工业厂区,如何保留工业记忆的同时使其活力再生是中国城市及企业发展所面临的一个普遍问题.该文以山东潍焦集团薛城老厂区转型为例,通过分析厂区现状特点和问题,提出了产业功能更新、空间重构、景观提升与文脉延续的活力再生策略.%With the development of economy and the process of urbanization, which brings about the adjustment of urban spatial structure, the suburbs become the new city center area. In the double impact of land value and industrial upgrading, there had an effection the factory relocation and leaving abandoned industrial factory. And how to retain the industrial memory as well as vigor regeneration is a common problem faced by Chinese cities and enterprises development. Taking Shandong Weijiao group Xuecheng transformation of the old factory as an example, through the analysis of current characteristics and problems, we put forward the vigor regeneration strategy as industrial function update, spatial reconstruction, landscape improvement and continuation of the context.
