Taking Zhumadian city,Henan province,as the example,the index system was designed with 4 factors including use intensity index,growing consumption index,elasticity index and administration performance index to appraise construction land intensive use and spatial differentiation feature,by the method of multi-factor synthetic appraisement. The results show that the level of land intensive use is obviously different and the space distribution is imbalanced among each district,which are main-ly affected by the location and landforms.%以河南省驻马店市为例,采用多因素综合评价法,从利用强度指数、增长耗地指数、用地弹性指数和管理绩效指数等4个方面构建指标体系,综合评价各县区建设用地集约利用状况及其空间分异特征.结果表明,驻马店市各县区建设用地集约利用水平差异显著,空间分布不平衡;其集约利用水平受区位条件和地形条件影响较大,平原区建设用地集约利用水平高于低山丘陵区,特别是在同等区位条件下,平原区集约利用水平显著高于低山丘陵区.
