The local wild medicinal plants resources were investigated and their families and relationships according to the primary morphological characteristics were determined.20 species of medicinal plants were reported including their general clinical uses and new research application progress in recent five years.Results of the survey showed that Xanthium sibiricum Patr., Polygonum orientale L., Macleaya cordata(Willd.) R.Br, Houttuynia cordata Thunb., Reineckea carnea(Andr.) Kunth.,Phytoloz.acinosa Roxb.were extremely rich.It was necessary that strengthening comparative study of the medicinal plants,protecting wild resources of the Chinese medicine and concentrating on logical development and application of wild Chinese medicine materials.%为开发与保护湖北省英山县药用植物,对英山县野生药用植物资源进行了物种考察,并根据药用植物的主要形态特征确定其科、属关系.介绍了其中20种常见药用植物及其药用经验在近5年国内外新的研究应用成果,发现苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum Patr.)、红蓼(Polygonum orientale L.)、博落回[Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br]、鱼腥草(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)、吉祥草[Reineckea carnea (Andr.)Kunth.]、商陆(Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.)等野生资源极为丰富,其中有些种类具有抗癌、抗细菌、抗病毒疗效,应重点研究和应用.提出了保护优质野生中药材资源建议,对野生药用植物资源要合理开发利用.
