采用纸片扩散法进行抑菌试验以探讨细叶黄皮[Clausena anisum-olens(Blanco.) Merr]茎皮乙醇提取物及其石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇部位的抑茵作用.结果表明,石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯部位有抑茵作用,氯仿部位对金黄色葡萄球茵、绿脓杆茼、杀螟杆茵、大肠杆菌及枯草杆菌抑茵作用最强,最小抑茵浓度为0.026~0.103 mg/片;石油醚、乙酸乙酯部位最小抑菌浓度均为0.026~0.412 mg/片;挥发油对5种供试茵均有抑制作用,最小抑茵浓度为0.412~0.823 mg/片.%Bacteriostasis test was conducted to study the antimicrobial activity of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate,n-butanol extracts of the bark from Clausena anisum-olens by disk diffusion method. Results showed that the petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts had antimicrobial activity, and the chloroform extracts had the strongest activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudornonas aeruginosa,Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, B. subtilis with a minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.026~0.103 mg/piece, and petroleum ether extracts and ethyl acetate showed stronger activity with the MIC of 0.026~0.412 nag/piece. The volatile oil had antimicrobial activity against the five tested bacilus with the MIC of 0.412~0.823 mg/piece.
