Base on the utilization data of Leiyang city, the main point of this thesis was selecting an appropriate index evaluation system, building an evaluation model and establishing an indication of index by entropy method to evaluate the degree of intensive utilization of the urban cities. And the results showed the degree of intensive utilization of land in Leiyang was in an upward tendency during 2005 -2009, and was in a more intensive level. According to the actual situation of Leiyang city, the countermeasures were raised to ensure the intensive utilization of urban land.%以来阳市为例,选取相应的评价指标体系应用熵值法,构建评价模型并确定指标权重,对其城市土地进行集约利用程度评价.结果表明,耒阳市土地利用集约度在2005 ～2009年间总体呈现上升的趋势,且都处于较为集约以上的利用等级.根据耒阳市实际情况提出确保城市土地集约利用的对策.
