笔者在亚高山地区对不同季节移栽百合试管苗及鳞茎培养进行了试验,同时对试管苗移栽后不同栽培管理措施中苗木成活率与生长势进行了比较,在海拔1 000 m左右的亚高山地区春季移栽东方百合试管苗,并采取盖膜、遮光70%的管理措施,试管苗成活率最高,鳞茎生长量也显著高于低海拔地区,在亚高山地区进行东方百合试管苗移栽及鳞茎培养能显著缩短百合开花鳞茎的培养周期。%The authors tested on plantlet transplanting and bulb culture of oriental lily on subalpine regions in different seasons.the survival rate of different cultivated and management measures were compared after plantlet transplanting,oriental lily plantlet was transplanted in altitude 1 000 m on subalpine regions in spring,and adopted tectorial membrane and shading that survival rate of plantlet was the best,the bulb growth was higher than low-altitude regions.plantlet transplanting and bulb culture of oriental lily can shorten culture period of Lily flowering bulb.
