Sports industry policy gradually transition from the old to the new ideas of thinking.%运用文献资料、访谈、对比研究等方法，采用治理方面的相关理论对中国体育产业政策的变迁进行研究。根据治理理论将体育产业发展划分为积淀期、探索期、泉涌期3个阶段。研究发现，体育产业政策主体由一元治理主体向多元治理主体的演变、体育产业政策权利主体的集权向分权的演变、体育产业政策由人治向法治的转变、体育产业政策逐渐由旧思想向新思想的转变。研究旨在通过治理视角对中国现有体育产业政策进行一定梳理总结，为今后体育产业政策的颁布实施提供理论依据。
