Using the method of literature, investigation and experiment in Jiyang college sports teaching model reform and practice research. The experimental object is swimming club which was measured from organization management, operation mechanism and evaluation method of teaching. It mainly focus on the effect of hierarchical teaching and improve teaching quality.
