Using methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation method, this study analyzes the existing problems of Taichi course in the ordinary university public sports. Due to the lack of policy guidance, the Taichi teaching in colleges and universities is facing a deep freeze. In promoting measures, using the "periphery of Taichi chuan curriculum system with the internal construction of the interactive relationship between each element shown", to make an integration of each of the elements in the curriculum system construction. This diversified interactive relationship can make full use of the mutual cooperation between each element, leading and promoting Taichi chuan’s benign development of the curriculum system.%运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈及实地调研等方法，对普通高校公共体育太极拳课程开展中现存的问题进行梳理与分析。目前高校太极拳课教学缺乏政策导向，太极拳课程的研究与开发严重落后于实践需要。运用“太极拳课程设置体系外围与内部建设各元素互动关系图示”对课程体系建设中的各个元素进行资源整合。这一多元化互动关系能充分发挥各元素之间的相互协作、互补的效能，对太极拳课程设置体系建设的良性发展起到引导和促进作用。
