This article intends to have a deep conclusion and research for the origin,development and development tendency using the methods of article reference, professional questionnaire, and logical analysis. This article states overall the development history of 24 years in the aspect of historical stage, name changes and five times of regulation check, technical development tendency, insisting renovation of machinery. At the same time, we provide guidance and suggestions of forming national organizations, developing strategies of putting forward Rouli ball's entrance to schools.%采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对柔力球运动的起源、发展，特别是近些年发展新动向进行了深入的总结和研究。从历史阶段划分、柔力球运动的名称演变、规则的5次修订、技术发展趋势、器材不断革新等方面，全面阐述了24年柔力球运动发展的历程，同时提出了尽快成立全国性统一组织、积极推动柔力球运动进学校等发展对策，为该项目今后的发展方向给予指导借鉴。
