运用文献资料、实验、数理统计等方法探索青少年营地活动对青少年社会适应能力的影响与效果，得到：青少年营地活动能提高学生的个人适应，并且存在性别差异，对男生比女生有更大的正面作用。青少年营地活动能提高男生的家庭适应，而对女生家庭适应的影响不大。青少年营地活动能提高学生的学校适应，并且不存在性别差异。青少年营地活动对学生的人际适应有积极的作用，并且不存在性别差异。青少年营地活动能直接有效的提高初中学生的社会适应能力。%This article explores the youth camp activities for youth social adaptability impact and effect through literature, experimental method, and mathematical statistics. The main conclusions are as followsYouth camp-activity can improve students' personal adaptation and the existence of gender differences; boys have a greater positive effect than girls. Youth camp-activity can improve boy's family adaptation, but it has little effect on the girl's family adaptation. Youth camp-activity to improve students' school adjustment, and there is no gender difference. Youth camps have a positive effect for students' interpersonal adaptation, and there is no gender difference. Youth camp-activity can improve junior school students' social adaptability directly and effectively.
