不同低氧训练方式对大鼠血清IgA、IgG和IgM的影响

         

摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of four weeks hypoxic swimming training on IgA、IgG and IgM of male SD rats' blood serum. In order to explore the mechanism of humoral immunity in the hypoxic training ,fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groupsHiCo、HiHi、HiLo、LoC、LoLo,ten rats in each group. HiHi、HiLo and LoLo take four weeks'formal training (1.5 h/d,6d/wk) . the hypoxic apartment is equivalent to height above sea level 4 000 meters. The rats were sampled after four weeks training and the concentration of IgA、IgG and IgM was detected . After four weeks of experiment,the IgA、IgG and IgM of five groups' blood serum represent the trend of HiHi>HiLo>HiCo>LoCo>LoLo. The most negative impact to rats' humoral immunity is HiHi, and then is HiLo and HiCo. When hypoxic training, we should consider the reduce of body fluid immunity ability,and avoid the influence of the reduce to training.%研究目的:研究4周不同低氧训练方式对SD大鼠血清IgA、IgG和IgM的影响。研究方法:用低氧舱模拟4000m高原低氧环境(12.7%氧浓度),将50只SD雄性大鼠随机分为5组:高住对照组、高住低练组、高住高练组、低住对照组、低住低练组。实验4周,每周6天游泳,1天休息,每天训练l.5h。采用全自动生化分析仪免疫比浊法测定血清IgA、IgG、IgM含量。研究结果:4周实验后,五组大鼠的血清IgA、IgG和IgM呈现低住低练组、低住对照组、高住对照组、高住低练组、高住高练组依次下降的趋势。研究结论:大鼠的IgA、IgG、IgM水平受到高住高练的影响最大,其次是高住低练,低住低练对于大鼠的IgA、IgG、IgM水平具有良好的作用。在进行低氧训练的时候应该考虑到机体IgA、IgG、IgM水平下降的问题,避免影响训练。
