采用调查法、文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,运用休闲体育理念,分析鄱阳湖生态经济区发展自然休闲体育战略选择及其现实意义,探索＂人-体育-自然＂和谐发展的基本途径,并提出了建立自然休闲体育理念、制定自然休闲体育规划、开发自然休闲体育资源等建议,为鄱阳湖生态经济区的自然休闲体育资源整合、城市人文景观设计、居民体育方式追求提供切实可行的方案。为鄱阳湖生态经济区建设,特别是自然休闲体育环境建设提供价值和目标论证,促进鄱阳湖生态经济区经济社会发展和自然休闲环境的改善。%Through survey and make the use of literature,logical analysis methods,utilize leisure sports conception,analysis strategy selection and realistic significance of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region Natural Leisure Sports Development,explore basic ways for ＂People—Sports—Nature＂ accord development,also put forward suggestions such as establish Natural Leisure Sports concept,formulate Natural Leisure Sports programme,develop Natural Leisure Sports resources,etc.Provide practicable plan for Natural Leisure Sports resources integration,urban cultural landscape design,residents＇ pursuit of sporting ways in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region.Provide value and aim demonstration for the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region,especially the construction of Natural Leisure Sports environment.Promote economic and social development in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region and improve Natural Leisure Sports environment.
