在客观掌握高校学生心理健康状况的基础上,从"科学的体育锻炼既能增强身体健康又能增强心理健康"的观点出发,通过开展对民族传统体育教学的实验研究,找出不同类型民族体育项目对大学生心理健康的影响,并提出相应的对策。期待为大学生心理健康问题提供科学锻炼方法,为少数民族体育项目在高校的开展提供一些参考和依据。%This study based on an objective understanding of college students' mental health,conducts a research about the traditional national physical teaching on the principle of "scientific physical training can strengthen both physical and mental health",in order to find the effects of different kinds of national physical programs on college students' mental health and puts forward relevant strategies.We are looking forward to offer scientific training methods for college students as well as for their mental problems,and to provide references when we conduct national minority physical programs among colleges and universities.
