运用田野调查法、文献资料法等,对＂翻龙泉＂活动的历史渊源、活动表现形式进行研究分析。从民族传统体育学的角度对＂翻龙泉＂活动的器材进行创新开发,对其运动形式进行规范,使＂翻龙泉＂活动既体现民族传统文化内涵又符合现代体育要求,成为一项集民族传统性、健身性、娱乐性、观赏性为一体的民族传统体育活动。%By applying the methods of field investigation and literature materials,the historical origins of Fan Long Quan activity and its forms of expression were analyzed.In order to let the Fan Long Quan activity not only have the characteristics of traditional culture but also meet the requirement of modern sports,the equipment of Fan Long Quan activity was innovated and developed,and the forms of exercise were regulated from the viewpoint of national traditional sports.Therefore,Fan Long Quan sports had become national traditional sports with national tradition,physical fitness,entertainment,appreciation.
