It aims to explore the physical conditions and common diseases of adults of different genders and ages in Hubei province in 2010,and provide the basis for making the appropriate and effective preventive measures.Male adult population whose physical health being good,qualified and unqualified was respectively as 47%,44%,9%;Women adult were 43%,47%,10%;Common disease detection rate of adults such as cervical spondylosis accounted for 12.99%,Joint disease 6.09%,hypertension 5.86%,peptic ulcer3.98%,hyperlipidemia3.81%,diabetes mellitus1.20% and coronary disease0.87%;Along with the increase of age,adults risk for various diseases increased significantly,but the improvement of physical health conditions had significantly reduce in high blood pressure,high cholesterol,diabetes risk of disease.%通过对湖北省2010年国民体质监测调查问卷中的部分项目和数据进行分析,20-59岁年龄段男性人群体质评价良好以上、合格、不合格的分别占47%、44%、9%;女性则分别为43%、47%、10%;成年人群中常见疾病的检出率依次为颈椎病12.99%、骨关节疾病6.09%、高血压5.86%、消化性溃疡3.98%、高血脂3.81%、糖尿病1.20%、冠心病0.87%;随着年龄的增加,成年人各种疾病的发病风险显著增加,但是通过改善体质状况有显著降低高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等疾病发病风险的可能。
