针对我国自由式滑雪空中技巧的专项战术手段问题,运用问卷调查法对该项目的训练策略和竞赛组织筹划进行了研究。结果表明：该项目的战术手段由战术心理训练,战术环境适应能力训练,比赛意识训练和信息训练这四种训练组成。相信该战术手段的提出和应用一定能为该项目备战世界大赛起到积极的作用。%In this paper,aiming at China＇s freestyle skiing aerials for special tactical means,primarily by the use of questionnaires,the project planning training strategies and organization of the competitions were studied.The results showed that： the project consists of the tactics of psychological tools tactical training,tactical training,the ability to adapt to the environment,race awareness training and information on training.I believe that the tactical means of presentation and application will be able to prepare for the project has played an active role in the World Series.
