By investigating,literature,interview and logic analysis method,the paper studies the employment situation of 245 social sports graduates who graduate from CTGU of 2007 to 2009.The results indicate that： The general employment rate of social sports graduates and the rate that graduates employed in social sports field is similar with the national level.In order to improve the current employment situation of social sports graduates,we must take effective measures,such as promoting construction of social sports and strengthening employment guidance work.%运用调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,对三峡大学2007-2009届245名社会体育专业毕业生的就业状况进行了研究。结果表明：毕业生的整体就业率、专业对口率与全国水平相似,加快社会体育专业建设,加强就业引导和指导是当前解决和改善社会体育专业毕业生就业困境的有效对策。
