中学生篮球运动员身体素质训练初探

         

摘要

How to organize junior high school athletes' physical training students must be considered as one of the issues of basketball coaches(sports teacher).The development of our basketball players' specific skills is slow,and the important reason is that there is no guarantee of good physical fitness.?Without good physical fitness,personal technology is relatively not at a good play,which is common problem in high school basketball players' skills and tactical training.?High school athletes' technical level has not been defined,and the focus only on technical,tactical and technical level will lead to athletes' unbalanced development between physique and technical.Coaches should focus on the adolescent's physical,age characteristics,use scientific and systematic training methods and means,furthermore develop the specific technology,rapidly increase the exercise capacity of athletes,and use good physical fitness to the actual game to sustain our level of basketball.%如何做好中学生篮球运动员身体素质训练是教练员(体育老师)必须考虑的问题之一,我国中学生篮球运动员发展专项技术水平较慢,很重要的原因是没有良好的身体素质作保证。没有良好的身体素质,个人技术相对得不到较好的发挥,这是中学生篮球运动员技、战术训练中较为普遍存在的问题。中学期间运动员技术水平还没有定位,只抓技、战术会导致运动员技术水平与身体素质之间发展不均衡,教练员应该针对中学生处于青春期的生理、年龄特点,采用科学、系统的训练方法与手段,在这基础上再发展专项技术,使运动员各项运动能力快速提高,将良好的身体素质运用到实际比赛中,使我国篮球运动水平能够持续上台阶。
