Analyzing structure of physical education and sport,the paperposes that the concept of physical education and sport has two basic main points:the first point is enhancing constitution and raising organism's function level,the second point is body activity or body exercise.Presently,structure of physical education and sport is a triple structure,consisting of physical education,mass sport and athletics.Analyzing the three component's structure and function and intrinsic relation about them,this paper obtains that physical education is premise and base of mass sport,mass sport is continuity of physical education,athletics is development of physical education,physical education is one way of fostering physical education teacher.%分析体育概念和体育结构，提出“体育”概念中具有两个基本要点：一是增强体质，提高有机体的机能水平，二是要进行人体活动或身体练习。目前体育结构由学校体育、社会体育、竞技体育3部分组成。对3个部分的结构和功能以及三者之间的内在联系进行分析，得出学校体育是社会体育和竞技体育的前提和基础，社会体育是学校体育的延续，竞技体育是学校体育的发展，而且学校体育是学校体育师资培养的途径之一。
