以素质教育为立足点，论述武术在中小学实施素质教育中的地位、作用与存在的问题，并提出发展对策。%Based on the study of quality education,this article tries toexpound Wushu's central position and positive role in the quality education of middle school and primary school.The authors find some problems in the proceeding of quality education and introduce some development countermeasures.
