深化思想政治工作是当前形势下促进企业和谐发展的必由之路。必须全力营造积极向上的思想氛围，把现代化管理理论与实践有机结合，形成科学规范的长效管理机制。通过阐述思想政治工作在国有企业管理中的重要作用及发展对策，提出思想政治工作与国有企业管理共同发展的对策。%Currently,deepening ideological and political work is necessary to boost the harmony development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to spare no effort to create positive and progressive ideological environment,combine modern management theory with practice and form a scientific mechanism sustaining its management.This paper expounded the important effect of ideological and political work on the management on state-owned enterprises and development measures,and proposed some suggestions on the simultaneous development of ideological and political work and management on state-owned enterprises.
