防雷防冰闪合成绝缘子自适应电场分布仿真分析

         

摘要

This paper proposes a new anti-ice-flashover composite insulator with the function of lightning protection .By the finite element analysis software ( ANSYS), the potential distribution and the electric field strength distribution of this new composite insulator under clean and icing conditions are simulated.The results show that the insulation part of the insulator withstands most of the entire voltage under the clean condition, leading to an apparent decrease of the aging course of ZnO varistors.While under icing condition, influenced by resistance of ice band, the insulation part withstands almost 50% of the entire voltage and potential distribution changes adaptively, so it ensures the ability of anti-ice-flashover of the insulator.%  本文提出一种具有防雷功能的防冰闪合成绝缘子,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其在清洁和覆冰2种情况下的电位和场强分布进行分析。计算结果表明在清洁环境下,绝大部分压降由绝缘子绝缘段承担,避雷段承受的电压很低,氧化锌老化过程大为减弱;而在覆冰环境下,受冰层电阻影响,绝缘段和避雷段承担的压降几乎相等,电位分布能够自适应地改变,保证了绝缘子的抗冰闪能力。
