There are many uncertainties in groundwater resource evaluation, which affects the precision of the evaluation results. Based on the type of reasons that causes the uncertainties, they can be divided into subjective and objective uncertainties. The uncertainties in groundwater resource evaluation are analyzed fully and uncertainties of parameters are quantitatively studied in the paper, as to lay the foundation of risk analysis of groundwater development decision.%地下水资源评价中存在着许多的不确定性因素，它们直接影响着资源评价结果的可靠性。为此，本文根据不确定性因素产生的原因，将其划分为客观不确定性因素和主观不确定性因素两大类，对其进行了全面的分析。同时，针对模型中参数的不确定性进行了定量研究，为进行地下水开采决策的风险分析奠定了基础
