硫酸体系中铀、钒分步萃取分离试验研究

         

摘要

研究了采用N235萃取铀—P204萃取钒工艺从某铀钒矿石酸性浸出液中分步萃取分离铀、钒,考察了萃取剂浓度、水相pH、温度、接触时间、相比等因素对萃取、反萃取过程的影响.采用该工艺所得铀反萃取液中不含钒,钒反萃取液中铀质量浓度低于1 mg/L,实现了铀、钒高效分离.%The fractional extraction separation of uranium and vanadium in acidic leaching solution of a uranium-vanadium ore was studied.The separation process of solvent extraction of uranium using N235 and solvent extraction of vanadium using P204 was determined.The influence of extraction agent concentration,aqueous pH,temperature,contact time,the ratio of organic phase-to-water phase on solvent extraction of uranium and vanadium were examined.By the process,the stripping solution of uranium contains no vanadium and stripping solution of vanadium has less than 1 mg/L uranium, uranium is high efficient separated from vanadium in acidic leaching solution of uranium-vanadium ore.
