大型抽水蓄能电站抽水工况下无功电压调节研究和试验

         

摘要

The functionality played by a pumped-storage power station in a power grid includes peak load regulation, peak load shaving, frequency regulation, condensing, and emergency standby. However, as the instaled capacity of wind farm increases in northern China, frequency regulation and condensing in normal generation mode no longer fuly satisfy the power grid needs. This paper provides an analysis of the reactive power capability of an imported pump storage unit (a unit with a generator operation mode of 300MW and a motor operation mode of 319.6MW). The reactive power regulation test process and results of the storage unit in pumping operation are described and the reactive power voltage regulation range is verified for generator-motor pumping mode. The work provides a valuable reference to reactive power voltage regulation capability of similar units in pumping operation.%抽水蓄能电站在电网中发挥着调峰、填谷、调频、调相及事故备用等任务,随着北方地区风电装机容量的不断增加,在正常发电模式下进行调频、调相已不能完全满足电网的需求。本文对某进口抽水蓄能机组(发电工况300MW、电动工况319.6MW抽蓄机组)发电电动机无功能力进行了分析,阐述了蓄能机组在抽水工况下无功调节的试验方法和结果,论证了发电电动机抽水工况下的无功电压调节范围,为同类型机组的抽水工况下无功电压调节能力提供了试验参考依据。
