The design experience of operation mode in auxiliary power of Xiluodu Hydropower Plant is introduced .By means of analyzing main electrical wiring and auxiliary power system wiring , the suggestions on safe and scientific opera-tion mode of auxiliary power are put forward .According to the different operating modes , potential risks are analyzed and corresponding measures are presented .The results indicate that systematical wiring is scientific , reliable and reason-able in equipment configuration , flexible in operation mode , which provides reference for other hydropower plants .% 介绍了溪洛渡水电厂厂用电运行方式设计的经验，通过对电气主接线、厂用电系统接线方式的分析，提出了安全科学的厂用电运行方式建议。针对不同的运行方式，分析可能发生的风险，提出相应的解决措施，系统接线科学、可靠性高，设备配置合理，运行方式灵活，可供其他大型电厂借鉴。
