ln this paper,a safeguard system of UV light based on single chip microcomputer (SCM) is designed,which aims at dealing with the damage to operators caused by UV light during the process of assembly manufacturing of electronic products.This system boasts the characteristics of simple structure,reasonable design,low cost and high reliability,etc.%针对电子产品在机械组装生产制程中UV光对操作人员的伤害，设计了一款基于单片机的UV光安全防护系统，详细介绍了该系统的组成和工作原理。该系统具有结构简单，设计合理，成本低，可靠性高的特点。
