In this paper, it mainly takes 9 administrative units of the Pearl River Delta as a sample, and refers to the metrics and models of industrial agglomeration, by doing empirical analysis from the region and in- dustry two levels, and from the static and dynamic two dimensions. The results show that it is gradually formed the pattern of centralized development of producer services as the core of Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the Pearl River Delta Zone. From the perspective of district level, both the dynamic clustering and partly spreading co - exists, while the overall development of inter - industry shows a relatively uneven to relatively balanced trend. Meanwhile, there also exits some problems to solve, such as uneven regional development, lack of regional specialization, poor development of the industry, inadequate institutional mechanisms and lack of high- end talents. Therefore, we should make some procedures to promote assembly development of producer services in the Pearl River Delta, such as, to speed up the promotion and integration development with manufacturing in- dustry and other industries, improve the development of human resources management innovation system and undertake the international transfer of service industry and actively participate in international competition etc.%本文以珠江三角洲地区9个行政单元为样本，借鉴产业集聚的度量指标和模型，从地区和行业两个层面，从静态和动态两个维度对珠江三角洲地区生产性服务业集聚发展进行实证研究，结果表明珠三角地区正逐渐形成以广州、深圳为核心的生产性服务业集聚发展的格局；地区层面动态集聚与局部扩散并存，而行业层面的发展整体上呈现出由相对不均衡向相对均衡转变的态势。同时，珠三角生产性服务业集聚发展尚存在区域发展不均衡、地区专业化分工不足、行业发展层次较低、体制机制不够健全及高端人才储备不足等亟待解决的问题。为此，应主要从加快促进与制造业等产业的融合发展、加快完善人力资源开发的管理创新体系和承接服务业国际转移并积极参与国际竞争等几个方面入手，进一步推进珠三角生产性服务业的集聚发展。
