In this experiment,the analytical instruments for flue gas and thermocouple are used to accurately meas-ure the content of nitrogen oxides and the temperature of the central vertical section in different gas outlet forms. The influences of gas outlet form on the flame surface,temperature field and NOxgeneration characteristics in flue gas are studied. The results show that the swirl flow form can increase the stability of the flame,making the peak temperature of the flame reduced by 27.8℃,the temperature of the dark area increased by 26.05℃ and the generation of nitro-gen oxides reduced.%本实验采用综合烟气分析仪和热电偶,准确的测量不同燃气出口形式下烟气中氮氧化物的含量和中心垂直剖面的温度,研究了燃气出口形式对平焰燃烧火焰面、温度场和烟气中NOx生成特性的影响规律.结果表明:燃气采用旋流式出口能增加火焰的稳定性,使火焰的峰值温度降低了27.8 ℃,暗区温度升高了26.05 ℃,降低了氮氧化物的生成量.
