响应面法优化仿酶 Fe3O4/Fe0非均相类Fenton降解P-NP

         

摘要

采用原位氧化沉淀法制备出仿酶 Fe3 O4/Fe0,并采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射对样品进行表征,结果表明,Fe3 O4与Fe0负载牢固且保持良好的晶型。采用响应面分析法对仿酶Fe3 O4/Fe0催化降解P-NP的工艺条件进行优化,方差分析得到二次模型显著,优化条件为:催化剂用量1.2g/L ,反应温度30℃,初始pH=2.9,初始H2O2浓度10mmol/L,对硝基苯酚去除率的实际值与预测值几乎一致。%Fe3 O4/Fe0 nanoparticles were successfully prepared via in -situ chemical oxidation precipitation method and characterized by SEM and XRD .The characterization results indicated that Fe3 O4 and Fe0 loaded firmly and kept in good crystallinity .The response surface methodology is applied to evaluate and optimize the important variables .A significant quadratic model was derived by using analysis of variance .The optimum conditions were catalyst dosage of 1 .2 g/L ,reac-tion temperature of 30 ℃ ,initial pH of 2 .9 and initial H2O2 concentration of 10 mmol/L ,respectively .Confirmatory tests were carried out and the decolorization rate was observed under the optimum conditions ,which agreed well with the model prediction .
