酸性重金属冶炼废水深度处理工程实例

         

摘要

Taking the project of advanced treatment of wastewater from a lead smelter as an example ,the treat-ment process,structure parameters and operation effects of heavy metal wastewater(HMW)are introduced. Aim-ing at the characteristics of HMW,it has been treated by a combined treatment technology,lime neutralization-compound agent-KDF reactor-reverse osmosis(RO). The freshwater of RO can meet all the water quality require-ments for production use,reaching theⅢlevel standard of the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002),while concentrated water reaches the special emission limits specified in the Emission Stan-dard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry(GB 25466-2010). The project could adapt to the changing amount of HMW and has operation stability,good treatment effect,high production rate and automation degrees,having certain economic benefit,as well as environmental and social benefits.%以铅冶炼厂废水深度处理工程为实例,介绍了重金属废水处理工艺、构筑物参数及运行效果.针对废水特点,采用石灰中和+复合制剂+KDF反应器+反渗透联合技术处理,反渗透淡水可满足所有生产用水水质要求,达到GB 3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类标准,而浓水达到GB 25466-2010《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》特别排放限值.该工程能适应废水量变化,运行稳定,处理效果好,产水率和自动化程度高,具有一定经济效益,以及环境和社会效益.
